What is The INJI PULI?

INJI PULI is a type of ginger pickle eaten in South India.

It is made with ginger, one of the oldest spices, and tamarind, a sweet and sour legume fruit that is a staple food in South India, and finished with healthy spices.

The oil used is rapeseed-based sesame oil from Kyoto Yamada Oil Co.

Ginger and tamarind are stir-fried in oil infused with the aroma of spices until fragrant. It is then simmered to make a thick paste.

In South India, tamarind is widely used in pickles and other dishes and sweets. It can be used as an accompaniment to rice, added to stir-fries, or as an accent to everyday dishes. It help digestion.

We choose ingredients that are as safe as possible, including pesticides and additives. We hope that many people, from children to adults, will enjoy eating them.
